Katy has recently joined Central Appointments with Lee Maloney to grow the existing temporary desk and work alongside Myki Gasson.

Previous to central Appointments Katy spent 5 years in construction recruitment and 3 years in commercial recruitment for an independent consultancy. Although the commercial sector is quite different to the Construction industry she feels that the same principles apply: finding the right person for the job is always about matching the right personality to the company culture and building a lasting relationship.

Katy believes that building relationships with clients and candidates is the key to recruiting successfully.
