Cathy started out in recruitment in the early 90’s as a consultant in the private sector within the Personnel department of a large organisation.

In August 2008 Cathy put her experience to excellent use by joining Central Appointments and to add to the strong existing permanent division. Cathy’s aim has always been to be respected by her clients and candidates for the service that she provides and she was delighted that the team at Central Appointments shared her mind-set. Cathy prides herself on the relationships she has built with her clients and this is reflected in her consistently high success rate.

Prior to joining Central Appointments Cathy worked within the Leisure Industry as a department manager for 7 years. She enjoyed this role as it gave her the opportunity of dealing with many interesting people and heading up a team of over 60 people, certainly kept her on her toes.
